- Rates are priced on 3 primary seasonal rates. High Season. Low Season. Exclusive Season.
- Prices are based on maximum permitted occupancy for each individual villa apartment unit.
- Villa Unit A has a maximum permitted occupancy of 5 persons.
- Villa Unit B has a maximum permitted occupancy of 8 persons.
- Some exceptions may apply for guests exceeding occupancy figures. Ask owner for details.
- Both villa units offer same rates.
- ALL QUOTED RATES ARE IN US CURRENCY (USD)
- All rates are subject to Barbados 7.5% VAT tax.
- “Class B” 2.5% Apartment RRL (Room Rate Levy) Applies
- All major credit cards are accepted. Merchant fees apply.
- A $50.00USD admin applies to all bookings.
